What is a Spiritual Coaching & Healing Session?
A Spiritual Coaching & Healing session is an opportunity for me to meet with you and discuss life situations that are causing you pain and suffering on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level. In each session, I have the intention of opening myself up as a channel for our Divine Guidance and to share all of my spiritual gifts.
Divine Guidance is just what it sounds like—spiritual guidance from our Higher Powers, Guardian Angels, Guides and Helpers. This Divine Guidance will meet you wherever you are in your faith, religious affiliation or depth of experience and practice. I always call upon our Higher Powers and the Angels to help with your specific needs.
Each session is unique. I never know what information is going to come through for any person. I always feel so blessed when I get to be the conduit the Divine information comes through. I can also teach you how to receive guidance yourself. We all have the ability to talk with our Higher Powers, Angels Guides and Helpers once we learn how to listen.
I have two decades of experience with spiritual practice and education as well as teaching movement in the body, including the mind/body technique Pilates. I am capable of sharing the gifts of meditation, breathing techniques, and facilitating hands-on healing utilizing Reiki, Universal White Time Healing, Gemstone Healing, and several other modalities. I am also a seasoned spiritual teacher. I have studied as well as created many structured classes in order to educate and train others.
In a one on one spiritual coaching session, you can expect some hands-on healing as well as other techniques such as breath work and meditation. The session might be me, holding presence, while listening to you. As a clairvoyant, I can see changes in the body and aura as well as receive the Divine Guidance on changes that you can make to help with your current situation.
I am not a therapist but a trained, active listener with decades of experience in spiritual discipline and spiritual fitness. I can teach you spiritual principles and tools that you can utilize to further your own spiritual path. Ultimately my goal is for you to become independent in your own spiritual practice.
While it’s always a pleasure for me to meet with you in person where I live in beautiful Northern Colorado, I can also facilitate a one on one session from a distance, anywhere in the World, over Skype, FaceTime or even Facebook Messenger. I am also happy to provide a day of coaching for a group of friends or family wherever they may be–in person or online.

When I was 12 years old, my family traveled the western United States, starting from our home in Illinois. When we stopped in Colorado I knew in my bones this was home; that I would some day return here to live. So when I was finishing college and my professor casually mentioned we should do our internship somewhere we have always wanted to go, I followed my heart.
Soon after my move to Colorado in 1999, I met my spiritual teacher Zari Pirasteh. I began my journey, receiving healing from Zari regulary for the first 5 years. Around 2005 I felt I was ready to become a giver of healing. I began giving hands-on healing sessions, distance healing sessions, clearing homes, teaching Pilates and much more as my practice and awareness expanded. I continue to learn from Zari. I have found that healing work and prayer have become a daily part of my life.
Fast forward to 2015, and I was drawn not just to the work of healing, but to teach this healing modality to others. My hope is that I can help you to feel more at home in your place in this world, help you cultivate a vision for where you want to be, and connect you to universal, complete and unconditional love.
